Description
Fun, location-specific travel journal with lots of extras. Special pockets for a journaling pen and a sketching pencil. Fabrics were chosen in prints to match the overall theme and a map of the trip destination is sewn onto the front cover. The black elastic band keeps everything together and provides for expansion as you add your souvenirs.
This particular journal was designed for an African safari in Zambia. Inside pages have photos of possible sights with dictionary definitions and specifications. For different trips specific routes and stop locations can be added.
Lots and lots of blank areas to record your thoughts and observations . . . the things you want to remember, but will probably forget over time. The names of people you meet, the exact location of your favorite sunrise, and the description of your favorite dish from a menu.
This specific-location travel journal makes it fun to have a permanent history of your trip so you can enjoy it over and over when you return home.
Music, graph, certificate, and ledger papers are used with some constructed into pockets. Fake money and tickets are inserted, but you can replace those with the local currency of your travels.
Hand-painted gel papers follow the color scheme. Paper clips are included to anchor whatever you find.
The book weighs less than 8 ounces and measures 5.25″ x 4.75″ x .5″. Perfect to tuck into the outside pocket of a backpack or carryon bag for easy access.
This location-specific travel journal makes a unique gift that will be treasured long after the trip is over.
